The Rare Peaberry Coffee Bean

Peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry, normally coffee beans grow two beans in a fruit (flat against each other like halves of a peanut), but 5% of the fruit will produce only one bean with rounder shape which is called Peaberry. They are rare and tend to be smaller, more dense and taste a little sweeter than normal beans.
